It is important to focus on presenting the information in a clear and precise manner, which will allow decisions to be made, and the right action chosen. Contained within this package we look at structure, vocabulary, and student production. Practice exercises include writing formal and informal styles and practical issues like attaching, opening, and closing. Students leave the course with several templates that they can use and adapt in their future work.

- Register, punctuations, correct spelling, abbreviations.
- Exchanging information; informing & replying emails; colloquial phrases and contractions; quoting from previous emails; being diplomatic.
